How we worked this out
Every rule here is from Sun Palace’s terms and gaming rules (both dated 2 March 2026), its promotions page, payout page and account verification page, read on 28 October 2026. Sun Palace doesn’t publish the wagering or cash-out cap of its coupons on its site; it says they’re shown when you redeem one, so the check can’t price a bonus. Comp points: 1 point per $10 wagered (none on craps, baccarat or roulette, or with free bonuses), 100 points = $1, 100 to 5,000 points a redemption, only with a real-money balance below $1, then 10x wagering and a cash-out cap of 20 times the redeemed value. Its rule against bonuses on top of a playable balance names no threshold, so we flag any balance above $0.
The check needs JavaScript. In short: Sun Palace voids winnings from a bonus or deposit made on top of an existing balance, caps bets at $10 while you wager a bonus, needs a deposit between free bonuses, pays out from $100, and gives you one hour to raise a dispute.
Say you have $12 left from earlier play and redeem a deposit coupon. Its gaming rules void any winnings from a bonus or deposit made on top of an existing playable balance and hand back only the deposit, so play the $12 down or withdraw it first. The same rules cap your bets at $10 until the wagering is done.

What its terms don’t give you is a name, a licence or a governing law, and they leave every dispute to its own investigation. These rules are the ones to know:
