It has paid our withdrawal, but slowly: $320 in Bitcoin took 28 hours in October 2026, the slowest of the seven sportsbooks we’ve timed. Crypto payouts are free, its terms hold every new customer’s first payout for 30 days, and its Bitcoin page caps Bitcoin payouts at $2,000 a month unless you ask support for more. Its footer carries an Anjouan licence seal, but its terms name no licence or regulator.
What sets it apart is a weekly rebate: 2% of your net sportsbook losses and 10% on casino and horse racing, paid every Monday. The rebate calculator shows what that comes to for your betting.

How we worked this out
From BetNow’s rebate pages, read on 27 October 2026. Each rebate is a share of your net losses for the week (BetNow defines the week as Monday to Sunday only for the racebook): 2% on the sportsbook, 10% at the casino and 10% on the racebook. BetNow works out your weekly win or loss first, then subtracts last week’s rebate on that product and the bonuses you received on it (for the casino, bonuses received the previous week; for the sportsbook and racebook, bonuses or promotional credits received during the period), and pays the percentage of what’s left. The sportsbook rebate needs at least $50 left after those deductions. Rebates are credited every Monday. The season view simulates flat bets on the sportsbook only, at the odds and win rate you enter, with a fixed seed so the same inputs give the same answer; at −110 you need to win 52.4% of bets to break even. It deducts each week’s rebate from the next week’s loss, as BetNow’s terms say, and leaves out bonuses.

The $50 floor bites at small stakes. Ten $100 bets a week at −110 that win half the time lose about $45 a week on average, and a 5–5 week loses $45.45, just under the floor, so it pays nothing. That happens about one week in four: 4 of 18 in the calculator’s default season. Any bonus you take that week is subtracted first, and so is last week’s rebate.
BetNow bonuses: CASH100, PROMOBUCK2 and four more
New players pick one welcome code when they deposit. Every code needs $20 or more. On the cash and casino codes the rollover is on your deposit plus the bonus (BetNow gives no worked example for Promo Bucks), and each bet counts the lower of what you risk and what you could win.

The cash codes are the simple choice: WELCOME25 and WELCOME30 carry only 5x, against 25x on CASH100. Promo Bucks look bigger, but BetNow calls them “essentially free play money” and never says whether a winning bet pays back the stake. Sportsbook bonuses and promo credits are subtracted from that week’s sportsbook loss before the 2% is worked out, so in a losing week a $100 re-up usually costs about $2 of rebate, or the whole rebate if it takes the loss under $50. SPIN50’s spins come the morning after your deposit, last 24 hours, and can win at most $50.
- Refer a friend: a 100% cash bonus up to $500 when a friend makes a first deposit of $20 or more (BetNow doesn’t say 100% of what), with a 1x rollover; you need a deposit in the last 30 days, and friends at the same address or IP don’t count.
- NFL King of the Hill: free weekly NFL picks for active clients, with up to $20,000 for a perfect week plus tiebreaker, a $20,000 season prize and $30,000 shared by 2nd to 30th. The nickname cut-off was in early September, and “active” means betting at least twice a week all season, so new players may not qualify this year.
- Weekly NBA contest: pick 14 NBA games for free each week; a perfect week wins $10,000 (shared if there’s more than one winner), with no rollover.

Deposits
Most crypto deposits run from $20 to $100,000 (USDC to $20,000, Binance to $5,000) with no fee; cards take $20 to $2,000, PayPal $50 to $2,000, MoneyGram $50 to $500 and Zelle $100 to $200, with a selfie ID; Mercado Pago, SPEI and Interac start at $5. Its Bitcoin page gives a lower Bitcoin maximum of $40,000. Bank draft payouts aren’t offered in New York, South Carolina or Washington.
BetNow sportsbook and racebook
BetNow covers the US leagues plus soccer, tennis, golf, UFC, boxing and esports, with straights, parlays, teasers, if bets, reverses, round robins, props, halftimes and in-play bets. It publishes its limits by sport and by day: an NFL side goes from $1,000 on Monday to $10,000 on game day, and higher limits are available on request.
- Minimum bet: $1 online and $10 by phone, by its help centre; teasers need $11 online.
- Maximum payout: $100,000 a day across all winning bets, by its sportsbook rules; its parlay page allows up to $150,000 on 11 to 16 teams and $250,000 on 17 to 20.
- Parlays: up to 20 teams, at most five money lines, with “No Can Lose” and “Second Chance” payouts on 7 to 10 team parlays.
- Live bets: can’t be cancelled, may be delayed up to 15 seconds, and can be voided if placed in the 10 seconds before a market is suspended.
Racebook
The racebook takes bets on US, international, harness and greyhound tracks, each with its own cap. An A-class track pays at most $30,000 and takes up to $2,000 a bet, falling to $15,000 at B tracks, $10,000 at C, $5,000 at D, $2,500 for harness, $2,000 for international tracks and $1,500 for greyhounds. Exotics are capped by the odds too: an exacta pays at most 400/1 at A tracks and 125/1 at international tracks, and a Pick 6 at most 3,500/1. Net racebook losses earn the 10% weekly rebate.
BetNow casino and live dealer
The casino has slots, blackjack, roulette, table games, video poker, keno, scratch cards and jackpots, and its pages name no software provider. The live casino lists around 100 tables, from blackjack at $0.20 to $1,000 and $100 to $10,000, to VIP roulette at $1 to $10,000. Casino play earns the 10% weekly rebate; BetNow states no minimum loss for it.
- Bonus wagering: slots, keno and scratch cards count 100%, bingo 20%, RNG table games and video poker 10%, and live dealer, roulette, jackpot and crash games nothing.
- CASINO200: 200% in casino chips up to $2,500 at 25x deposit plus bonus: $7,500 in bets on a $100 deposit.
- Live casino bonus: a “Live Casino 200% Bonus” banner appears on its site, but we found no terms for it, and live games count 0% toward any rollover.
Is BetNow legit and safe?
BetNow has paid the withdrawal we made. Its terms name the operator only as “Company, Inc., operating as BetNow.eu”, and give no address or licence; its footer links an Anjouan licence seal, and its sports page calls it “an officially licensed sportsbook” without saying by whom. These rules are the ones to know:
- Where you can play: New Jersey is the only restricted US state; Australia, France, the UK and 25 other countries are excluded.
- Age: 18 or over in its terms, though its sports page says it accepts “individuals over 21”.
- One account: each customer may hold only one account.
- Responsible gambling: a 7-day cooling-off period and self-exclusion for at least 6 months; no deposit limit tools are described.
