BUSR has paid us both times we’ve withdrawn: $1,000 in Bitcoin in 2 hours 45 minutes, and $130 in 4 hours 48 minutes. It has been running for more than 10 years by its own account and takes US players, but it doesn’t name its regulator, licence number or operating company, and its rules let it hold card deposits for 30 business days before a payout.
It’s at its best for horse racing: a daily rebate of up to 10% on a losing day, paid in cash with no rollover, across the 265 tracks and race groups on its rebate list. Its casino now adds uncapped weekly cashback of up to 15%. The calculator shows what both would pay you back.

What will BUSR pay you back?
BUSR’s two standing rewards are a daily horse racing rebate, paid in cash, and a weekly casino cashback paid as Casino Cash with a 40x rollover. Pick your track to see its rebate, then enter a week’s casino loss to see the cashback and what it’s really worth once you’ve bet it through.
The calculator needs JavaScript. In short: BUSR pays back 5% of a day’s net loss on straight bets and up to 10% on exotics at its Category A tracks, such as Churchill Downs, by 8 AM ET the next day with no rollover, and 10% of a week’s net casino loss from $100 (15% from $1,500) as Casino Cash with a 40x rollover.
The two rewards work very differently. The horse racing rebate is cash: lose $200 on exotics at Churchill Downs and $20 is in your account by 8 AM ET the next day, free to withdraw. The casino cashback is Casino Cash with a 40x rollover, so $50 back means betting $2,000 before you can cash it out. At $1 a spin on a typical slot, most players run out of Casino Cash before they finish, but the few big finishes put its average value at about $37 of that $50 in our model (less at smaller stakes or on bigger amounts). On roulette, which counts only 20% toward the rollover, it’s worth almost nothing.
Is BUSR legit and safe?
BUSR paid both of our withdrawals in hours, and its terms take US players: the US isn’t among the 120 countries and territories it bars, and its rules name no US state. Where it falls short is on who stands behind it. Here’s what its own pages say:
- Licence: its home page says it “holds a valid gaming license” but names no regulator or licence number, and we found no company name or address anywhere on its site.
- Where it’s run from: its privacy policy says BUSR is “controlled, operated and administered entirely within Netherlands Antilles”, while its terms let it take you to court in Costa Rica, and its about page mentions “offices in the United Kingdom and the Americas”.
- Account checks: it verifies your mailing address and phone number and can ask for a photo ID and copies of your cards before it pays you. Its rules also let it suspend accounts and “remove winnings and deposits”, and close accounts it suspects of fraud.
- Age: its rules say 21+, its FAQ says 18+. Sign up only if you’re 21 or over.
- Limits and self-exclusion: it offers product restrictions and breaks by email request, but publishes no deposit limits, loss limits or self-exclusion tool you can set yourself.

Bitcoin is the only crypto BUSR pays out in. Its rules cap a Bitcoin withdrawal at $5,000, with no fee, and say it can arrive within 24 hours; an international bank wire runs from $100 to $5,000. Its home page advertises “24 Hour Payouts”, but the same rules also say every payout request has “a processing period of a minimum of 48 hours”, and some methods can take 10 to 14 business days.

- Once a week: you can request one withdrawal per method each week, so a $20,000 win takes four weeks to withdraw by Bitcoin alone.
- Card deposits wait: BUSR holds card deposits for 30 business days, about six weeks, before it pays out anything. Deposit in crypto if you want your money soon.
- Hours: it takes payout requests from 8 AM to 2 PM ET, Monday to Sunday, and sends them Monday to Friday.
- Fees if you change your mind: a resent or redirected payout costs $50, and fees aren’t refunded if you cancel.
Deposits are wider than payouts: Visa, Mastercard, ten cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin, Ethereum, Tether, Solana, Cardano, Dogecoin, Shiba Inu and Binance Coin) and Person2Person. Its cashier warns that some banks treat card deposits as a cash advance, with fees BUSR doesn’t cover. Every code below is shown on BUSR’s own pages. Its rules apply one promotion per deposit and per household, ask for a $100 deposit for any bonus, whatever the payment method, and cap bonuses at $1,000 unless the offer says otherwise.

BUSR’s VIP programme isn’t something you can join; it invites players based on their play. For VIPs it adds what BUSR calls the first sports cashback it has ever offered:

The VIP page describes its horse rebates as “up from 7%” on straights and “up from 12%” on exotics, but BUSR’s own rebate page gives everyone else 5% and 10%. We use the rebate page in the calculator.
BUSR racebook: tracks, bets and rebates
Horse racing is what BUSR is built around. Its racebook takes win, place and show bets plus exactas, trifectas, superfectas, daily doubles, Pick 3, Pick 4 and Pick 6, with full past performances (speed ratings, class, surface, medication flags and more) and live video on some tracks. Bets are settled at the track’s tote odds, but BUSR’s rules call its wagering “non-parimutuel”, so your money doesn’t go into the track’s pool, and per-race payout caps apply.
- How many tracks: BUSR says 265+ on its home page and 60+ on its racebook page. Its rebate list names 265 tracks and race groups, from Churchill Downs and Santa Anita to Sha Tin and Swedish harness tracks.
- Payout caps: the most you can win on a race depends on the track, from a payout track list its rules refer to but don’t publish; for a track not on that list, the cap is a net profit of $1,000 per race. Exotic payouts are capped by the track’s class too.
- Racebook welcome: 20% up to $1,000 on your first deposit with WELCOME20, at 10x your deposit plus the bonus. Its racebook page also offers an extra $150 cash bonus for playing, without saying how to qualify.
How the daily rebate works
BUSR pays the rebate on each day’s net loss in each track category, separately for straight bets (win, place, show) and exotics, by 8 AM ET the next day, with no rollover. A winning day earns nothing, and only racebook bets count, not horse match-ups in the sportsbook.

Two catches: win, place and show tickets that pay $2.20 or less on a $2 bet earn no rebate, and neither do scratches or cancelled bets. Belmont Park, which shows in BUSR’s racebook, isn’t on the rebate list at all, so check your track in the calculator before you rely on the rebate. BUSR’s racebook page also describes a flat “10% daily rebate” on all wagers, “win or lose”, which its rebate page doesn’t support.
BUSR sportsbook: markets and features
The sportsbook covers the major US leagues and college sports, plus tennis, golf, UFC, boxing, soccer and e-sports, with US politics betting on its menu. In our screenshot an NFL total sits at the standard -110. The features that stand out:
- Live streaming of the major leagues and in-game betting.
- Early Cash-Out, which BUSR calls new, to settle a bet before the game ends.
- Same-game parlays, player props on every NFL game, exclusive team props and season futures.
- Boosted odds, a squares game and e-sports, listed as sports promotions but without published terms.
- Limits: BUSR caps any parlay payout at $100,000 and any account’s combined winnings at $100,000 a day, and can limit any bet. It doesn’t publish bet maximums.

BUSR casino and live dealer
BUSR gives three different counts for its casino: 1,000+ games on its home page, “over 3,000” on its casino page and over 300 in an older FAQ. It doesn’t name its software providers, though Betsoft titles are in its slot lobby. What sets it apart is that most of the table and video poker game pages we opened show an RTP:
- Blackjack: 33 games in its lobby by our count, such as European Blackjack at 99.5% and American Blackjack at 99.35%, with 3:2 payouts.
- Video poker: 22 games, from Deuces Wild at 98.91% to Double Bonus Poker at 95.13%, while two Jacks or Better games show 98.4% and 95.89%. No pay tables are shown, so check the game before you play.
- Table games: 17 roulette games, four baccarat games, craps and about 24 poker-style games, including Casino Hold’em at 99.3% and Tri-Card Poker at 97.5%. Both its American and European roulette show 94.74%, below what a single-zero wheel normally returns.
- Bonuses: SLOTS200 gives 200% up to $2,000 at 40x the bonus, the weekly cashback pays up to 15% with no cap, and the $100,000 slots tournament runs from 9 September to 29 November. Toward a rollover, slots count 100%, roulette 20%, blackjack, baccarat and video poker 10%, Pirate 21, Super 7, 21 Burn and Pontoon 5%, and craps and progressive jackpot slots nothing.
